These Terms govern access to the Avaixi website, checkout flows, hosted services, license services, and Avaixi products. Avaixi products, whether downloaded, installed, or accessed through the web, may also be governed by the End User License Agreement or product-specific terms.

Products

Avaixi develops software products and hosted digital services, including AI-assisted information and analysis tools. Features, delivery models, system requirements, and availability may vary by product and may change as products develop.

Purchases and Licenses

Paid products may be provided through subscriptions, license keys, downloads, hosted access, generated digital content, or another method shown during checkout. Where a license key or account credential is provided, you are responsible for keeping it secure and using it only within the limits of your plan. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and plan limits are shown during checkout or in the order flow.

Paid plans are intended for business use unless the checkout or order flow clearly states otherwise. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You must keep billing and contact information accurate.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel future subscription renewals through the billing flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current or past billing periods. B2B purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise or where Avaixi OÜ expressly approves a refund. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass account controls, license checks, activation limits, access restrictions, or technical protections.
• Do not use the website, services, or products to violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer hosted services, or interfere with other users.

Customer Data and AI Output

Avaixi products may process data that you provide, upload, connect, or generate. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions, verifying AI-generated output, and deciding whether any output is suitable for your use case.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, backup, and permissions of data, prompts, integrations, configurations, and outputs used with Avaixi products. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision.

Availability

We aim to keep hosted website, checkout, product, and license services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Product functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure, models, data providers, integrations, operating systems, or runtime components.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Avaixi OÜ is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your own systems, settings, content, and business data.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the product, pricing, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
