If you believe you found a security issue in the Avaixi website, web-accessed products, hosted services, APIs, downloadable software, installers, or another Avaixi product, please report it responsibly.

Report a Vulnerability

Email: security@avaixi.com

Include the affected component, version, steps to reproduce, impact, and any proof-of-concept details. Do not include real customer data, credentials, license secrets, or sensitive files unless we explicitly agree on a secure transfer method.

Please include a clear subject line such as "Security report", your preferred contact address, and whether you want public credit if the report is confirmed.

Scope

• Avaixi website, checkout flows, and customer account areas.
• Hosted products, license services, and APIs.
• Avaixi applications, installers, integrations, and product interfaces.

Responsible Disclosure

Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before public disclosure. Avoid destructive testing, data exfiltration, social engineering, spam, denial-of-service testing, or accessing data that is not yours.

We will try to acknowledge valid security reports within a reasonable time, prioritize them based on severity and product impact, and keep communication focused on remediation.

Bug Bounty

There is currently no paid bug bounty program. We still appreciate responsible reports and will acknowledge valid submissions where appropriate.
