End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to Avaixi software products and related components provided by Avaixi OÜ, whether they are downloaded, installed, or accessed through the web. Hosted service features are also governed by the Terms of Service.

License Grant

Subject to your plan and these terms, Avaixi OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable Avaixi product for your internal business or personal use, including installing local components where the product provides them.

Permitted users, accounts, devices, installations, access rights, transfers, features, and plan limits are shown in the applicable product, checkout, order, or license terms.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or provide unauthorized access to the product except as allowed by your plan or written permission.
• Do not remove product notices, branding, license checks, or technical protection measures.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the product or its software components except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to do so.
• Where licensing applies, do not use a license key outside the limits of your plan or share it with unauthorized users.

Connectors and Third-Party Components

Avaixi products may work with third-party services, models, data sources, APIs, connectors, libraries, and runtime components. Your use of those components may be subject to separate licenses or terms.

Data Responsibility

You control the data, content, credentials, integrations, prompts, and configuration used with the product. You are responsible for ensuring that users and integrations only access data they are allowed to access.

You are responsible for backups. Where the product provides diagnostic exports, support bundles, or logs, you must review them before sending them to Avaixi OÜ.

Updates

Updates may add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required to keep product, license, compatibility, or connected service features working.

Termination

This license ends if you materially breach it or if your paid plan ends and you no longer have rights to paid features. After termination, you must stop accessing or using paid features and uninstall local software components where required.

No Warranty

The applicable product is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory warranties, where applicable, are not excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Avaixi OÜ is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI output. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
