Billing, refund, privacy, legal, and security questions may be routed to the appropriate Avaixi mailbox internally.

We usually respond within 1-2 business days. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or when an issue needs deeper investigation.

What To Include

• The product or service name and version, if visible.
• Your operating system, browser, device, or relevant environment details.
• The email address used for the purchase, account, or license activation. Where applicable, send only a license key prefix, not the full key.
• The area affected, such as account access, billing, licensing, installation, integrations, data processing, generation, downloads, or UI behavior.
• The exact error message, screenshots, and the steps that led to the problem.

What Support Covers

• Supported product setup, installation, startup, and access issues.
• Account, subscription, license activation, and billing-related access issues.
• Product bugs, crashes, and confusing UI states.
• Basic guidance for supported product features and integrations.
• Troubleshooting for supported data processing, generation, and download workflows.

Boundaries

Support does not include custom software development, administration of customer or third-party infrastructure, recovery of external data, or consulting work unless separately agreed.

Do Not Send Secrets

Please do not email passwords, connection strings, private API keys, full license keys, confidential content, raw data exports, or unredacted logs. If sensitive material is needed, we will agree on a safer transfer method first.

Support Bundles

Where an Avaixi product provides a diagnostic export or support bundle, review it before sending it. These exports are designed to support troubleshooting without including private content, raw customer data, full license keys, or secrets.
